H = No Value = 0 = 2

H was anciently assigned the sixth month, the Holy month, Mary's month, the "merry month" of May, the month of the Goddess, the Sea, Mare. Temples were closed at this time to clean and refurbish them; for purposes of worship, they were empty, and devotees of the Goddess were expected to refrain from sex__hence the importance of May Eve orgies in preparation for the long period of abstinence ahead.

In sympathy with the sacred character of the H-month and in keeping with the emptiness of the temples, H was assigned no-value ~ Zero, which reminds us of the Cosmic Egg, the Infinite, the  "Silent Babe in the Egg of Blue"~ Harpocrates ~ whose name begins with H, the letter of breath, of life, and of creation.

The Goddess Nuit, "A circle whose center is everywhere, and whose circumference is nowhere found" ~ is also a glyph of the Infinite Zero:

1 + (-1) = 0: i.e. 0 = 2

~ thus giving 2 as the sacred value of the letter H.
